- After code modification, before telling author you're done, run the tests `go test ./...`
- Wait for explicit commit instructions, do not do on your own
- Use testify for test assertions
- When possible, bug fixing start by writing a failing test
- Do not mark README tasks as done, remove them entirely when complete
