Groceries, projects, references and routines become classes holding the
Drizzle handle, wired once in services/index.ts alongside categories. Tests
build their own instance on an in-memory database. Drops the unused
projects.loadAll and projects.rename.

Pilot on the categories service: a CategoriesService class holds the Drizzle
handle, and services/index.ts wires the real instance once for the server while
tests build their own on an in-memory database. AppDatabase moves from
groceries.ts to db/types.ts.

Projects group recurring routines (chores included) with an append-only
snapshot table (id, version) so edits never rewrite history; completions
reference the exact snapshot. Pure metrics compute due dates, urgency
buckets (ok/due/late/veryLate) and 0-100 health scores per routine,
project, and globally. Home page lists projects; project dashboard sorts
routines most-urgent first with one-tap completion and interval parser
inputs (1d/2w/3m/1y).
